Everyday has success in it, I think that’s really important to remember.
I think it takes a really long time as such because we pivoted the business, to… to… you know… to ever feel like “Oh my God! It’s working.” But I think what’s so great now is when I go places, people talk about the product before me even saying anything. I was actually in my elevator the other day and someone was talking about ClassPass. And that’s the moment when I was like “Wow! We have created something that people really love.”
I love talking to people who use our product. I love talking to our venues. Those are the most, I think, gratifying moments for me to know that we’re changing people’s lives and we’re changing, you know, these entrepreneurs in a way who want to teach and help other people grow and be challenged. We’re giving them a way to do that in an easier way. It makes sense for them because they are able to constantly have clients, and focus on their craft which is really what… that makes them happy.
